Contributing to the development of a new business is an extremely exciting and unusual task in one´s professional life. At Encory, the creative leeway is huge and so is the dynamic – you have to want and like this – I do.


Jochen Trommer oversees the “Business Development” department at Encory and has a long-time international experience in sales and business development in emerging markets. He spent more than 10 years working and living abroad in China as well as Central-Eastern Europe, developing customer driven solutions in the recycling and manufacturing industries.

Working for Encory, I feel first and foremost motivated to build  a new enterprise and to live up to the goals of our business model, especially in the areas of sustainability and customer focus.


Philip Bayer works at Encory in the “Aftersales Products” department with “Offer Management”. His in-depth experience in automotive used parts was gained while being an International Consultant for a renowned BMW spare parts dealer.

Innovative and young companies, which tackle challenges are the most interesting ones to me. Encory simply has everything I was looking for.


Nadia Massari works at Encory in the “Business Development” department as a “Project Manager”. She received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Università di Roma Tor Vergata and a master’s degree in Management Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Her first lessons in Marketing & Business development were learned in the German start-up scene.
