Remanufacturing at Encory

    Core return and identification of the used part to determine the exact turbocharger variant and its suitability

    Cleaning to remove carbon deposits, oil residues and corrosion

  • 3.

    Complete teardown and reclean of housings, CHRA, vanes and actuators

  • 4.

    Detailed inspection of turbine and compressor wheels, shafts, vanes and actuator function

  • 5.

    Mechanical repair including CHRA rebuild and precision correction

  • 6.

    Replacement of non-reusable components: bearings, seals, fasteners, actuators (where required)

  • 7.

    Reassembly and calibration including VNT/VGT setting and high-speed balancing

  • 8.

    Final test against OE target values for boost pressure, air flow, response and leak tightness
